Administrative Liaison Specialist

About the Directorate
">This Directorate is responsible for supporting the delivery of key government outcomes. We work closely with Ministers, Crown CEOs, and government decision-makers to shape our country's collective tomorrow. As a Team Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to leaders and teams, coordinating meetings and liaising with stakeholders, maintaining and updating reports, and developing and drafting a range of correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:- Email, inbox and diary management
- Coordinating meetings and liaison with stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating reports
- Developing and drafting a range of correspondence
- Creating reports from databases
- Taking minutes and following through on actions
- Resource, finance (including invoice/payment), HR and travel administration
- Leading and assisting event management as required, including logistics and programme scheduling
About You
- Highly organised, efficient with an eye for detail
- Pro-active, can-do attitude, and looking to stretch your administrative capabilities
- Able to multi-task, re-prioritise and react to issues that arise during the day while keeping calm and professional
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Enjoy building great relationships
- Excellent IT skills and an experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite
