In the Office of the Clerk, we provide advisory services to the House of Representatives and directly assist the House and its committees with the business of Parliament. Our team is highly respected and plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and impartiality of the parliamentary process.

This role will be an integral part of our Select Committee Services team, supporting select committees with administrative, procedural, and reporting back aspects of their work. You will work closely with your committee clerk to ensure routine tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, using your judgment to respond to reactive tasks as they arise.

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, including data entry, communication, and technology management. They will also demonstrate a high level of maturity and discretion, ensuring the confidentiality and impartiality required in this role.
