**Job Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Judicial Support Specialist, providing administrative support to the Judges of Palmerston North District Court.

**Key Accountabilities**
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the judiciary, including diary management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the judiciary, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and other documents as required.
**Essential Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a legal or court environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a high standard of written English.
