This position, as a Liaison Coordinator within the External Engagement Division, will support the effectiveness of our team by providing administrative assistance to the Liaison Officers based in Wellington and collaborating with colleagues in Dunedin and Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining databases, and performing general office duties.

Additionally, this role involves supporting out-of-office promotional events, compiling and couriering promotional materials, and providing basic financial support. As part of this role, you will work closely with Career Advisers in schools and contribute to building strong relationships with them.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role. Your proficiency in Microsoft Suite and databases will enable you to efficiently manage tasks and maintain accurate records.

This is a permanent, part-time (30 hours) position located in Wellington. The salary appointment range for this role has been provisionally evaluated at $61,360 to $65,879, Top of Range $71,150 (pro rata).
