About the Role:

In this role, you'll be working as part of a small team of schedulers to efficiently plan and schedule work for Citycare Water Auckland, ensuring we meet both contractual requirements and productivity targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan & schedule work to optimise efficiencies
  2. Ensure work orders have enough detail
  3. Estimate job durations and assign work to staff
  4. Manage disruptions to the work schedule

Requirements:

  • Proven scheduling experience, ideally in a contracting/compliance related industry
  • NCEA Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • High level of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Full class 1 licence
