The Workforce System Specialist will have a strong technical background with experience in project management.Working with the Rostering and Payroll teams, you will act as a liaison point with various internal and external stakeholders, providing specialist knowledge to help troubleshoot issues and improve system efficiency by consulting with end users and providing innovative solutions.
While this role works primarily with Te Toka Tumai, Auckland, and the Health NZ National Office, this role will also provide advice to Counties-Manukau and Waitemata Districts teams.About the Team/Service/ LocationThis role is based at the Greenlane Clinical Centre, where you will join a passionate team of HR professionals dedicated to providing exceptional support to the business.

Your expertise includes managing system processes, driving system improvements, and providing operational support to ensure efficiency and compliance.
With a deep understanding of system compliance and risk management, you excel at maintaining accuracy and integrity across workforce systems.This role requires extensive expertise in rostering and timecard system configuration.
