*** Mahi e Taea is an online system used by staff to manage their work schedules, timecards and leave requests.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience To be successful in this role you will / be: - Have at least 5 years of experience in rostering, timecard management, award interpretation, and payroll to drive optimal system functionality Proficient in MS Office with a high level of technical expertise in system interfaces Skilled in test and process methodologies, continuously evaluating and enhancing systems Collaborate with specialists to maintain system integrity and accuracy for seamless payroll file generation Diligently fulfill reporting obligations, maximize system efficiency through stakeholder engagement, and actively contribute to enhancement initiatives Ko wai mātou | Our Organisation We are Health New Zealand l Te Whatu Ora - Te Toka Tumai, Auckland.
