Workforce System Specialist

With over 15,000 employees in Auckland and across New Zealand, our organization relies heavily on effective workforce management. The Workforce System Specialist will be a key figure in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in project management and rostering system configuration. They will work closely with the Rostering and Payroll teams to provide specialist knowledge and support to various internal and external stakeholders. This includes troubleshooting issues and implementing innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
As part of this role, you will also provide advice and guidance to other teams within the organization, including Counties-Manukau and Waitemata Districts. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accuracy and integrity across workforce systems and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
