Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

Job Description
We are seeking two Workforce Planners to join our team in ensuring that our workforce is effectively aligned with our strategic goals and operational needs. This role is pivotal in delivering strong operational workforce planning and data, information, and analytical needs. You will ideally possess Māori and/or Pacific cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You must be adept at managing a busy environment. Experience in analysing, designing, developing, and improving workload management and forecasting strategies is essential. Strong skills in data analysis and transformation are essential. Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and collaboration are crucial as you will lead a portfolio. Focus on delivery and customer experience is a must. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI is highly desirable. You will ideally possess strong Māori and/or Pacific cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.
