**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Case Management Coordinator to join our small team. The successful candidate will work closely with the OH&W team to develop and implement key programs focused on supporting employees to stay at work or return to work following an injury or illness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate case management of employees across the Waikato region.
- Collaborate with the OH&W team to develop and implement effective support strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and healthcare professionals.
**Requirements**
- 5 years of experience in administration or coordination roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with electronic file management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent time management with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
- Experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in action.
