About the Role

The Case Management Coordinator is responsible for working with the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team to develop and implement key programs of work that support employees to stay at work or return to work.

This role involves coordinating case management activities across the Waikato district, ensuring a seamless experience for our people following an injury or illness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement case management plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and support to employees on workplace health and safety practices
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective case management
  • Monitor and report on case management progress and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in an administration/co-ordination role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with electronic file management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent time management with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action
