We ensure the health and safety of employees and the organization through support and advice.
The Case Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in developing and implementing key programmes focused on supporting our people to stay at work or return to work.
This involves coordinating case management of our people following an injury or illness, across the Waikato region.
- Developing and implementing key programmes focused on workplace health and wellbeing
- Coordinating case management of people following an injury or illness
- Providing support and advice to ensure employee health and safety
- Implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in daily work
To be successful in this role, you will have 5 years of experience in administration/co-ordination roles, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, electronic file management systems expertise, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management, and experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
