About the Role

The Case Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our people to stay at work or return to work. This involves collaborating with the OH&W team to develop and implement key programmes of work, ensuring effective case management of employees following an injury or illness across the Waikato.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programmes of work to support employees' health and well-being
  • Coordinate case management activities for employees following an injury or illness
  • Collaborate with the OH&W team to achieve programme objectives

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5 years of experience in administration or coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with electronic file management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and self-prioritization abilities
