Job Overview
Tewhatu Ora is committed to providing exceptional health services to the community. We are currently seeking a skilled Case Management Coordinator to support our occupational health and wellbeing initiatives.

Responsibilities
This role involves working closely with the OH&W team to develop and implement programmes aimed at supporting employees to stay at work or return to work. You will also be responsible for coordinating case management for employees following an injury or illness across the Waikato region.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5 years of experience in administration or coordination roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with electronic file management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and self-management abilities
  • Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
