  • Collaborate with the OH&W team to design and implement effective support strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in administration or coordination roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with electronic file management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in action.
