Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management: Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring net margin targets are met. Develop and implement account management strategies aligned with business objectives. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and strategic meetings. Identify sales and marketing opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. Report weekly on key account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Business Development: Develop and execute a business plan focused on sales growth, revenue targets, and operational excellence. Identify and qualify profitable sales opportunities through targeted sales management. Drive the sale of new and renewed service contracts (HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Services). Build strong industry networks to enhance business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams, including business unit managers and technicians, to drive growth.
