Our clients are established blue-chip companies and leaders in their domestic market.We invest in our people, enabling you to develop your skills and build on your experience.If you like the idea of working for an ambitious and growing company, as part of a multicultural team, we are the place for you.Client Relationship ManagerWellington, AucklandDescriptionAs a member of the InvestNow team, this role is primarily responsible for creating, managing, and delivering InvestNow's business development and relationship management program for Financial Advisor businesses.Job specificationCreating, managing, and delivering InvestNow's relationship management and business development program for Financial Advisor businesses.Grow the number of advisers working with InvestNow and the size of the business they have with us.Manage and grow existing Adviser relationships.Build and manage a database and pipeline of key Advisers and prospects.Create and manage reporting for Advisers and their clients.Implement programs that deliver value/benefits to the Adviser businesses we are working with.Fully utilising all the resources and capabilities available from across the InvestNow business, and related businesses, to deliver the business plans.Achieve the annual budgeted revenue and profit targets for the InvestNow KiwiSaver Scheme within the Adviser segment.Generate a live pipeline of prospects that will deliver continual growth for InvestNow for the next five years.Deliver an exemplary level of service to our Adviser clients.Deliver a program of regular communication, ensuring Advisers are fully informed and aware of the features and benefits offered by the InvestNow KiwiSaver proposition.Maintain, develop and deliver a pipeline of enhancements for the InvestNow KiwiSaver Adviser proposition.Skills Required:Senior experience in delivering customer service and relationship management, exceeding expectations.Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver commercial targets.In depth knowledge of the retail investment advice industry and services offered, with an emphasis on investment products.Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.What you will get in return:A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business.Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience.Training and development opportunities.Additional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
