The Opportunity
We are seeking a versatile individual to join Aon Inpoint in Asia Pacific – based in Auckland.
The role will offer an opportunity to harness your client relationship management expertise, and insurance knowledge whilst working alongside a diverse and close-knit team.
Aon Inpoint plays a key role in crafting the future of the insurance industry. We help our clients navigate the constantly evolving market environment to drive profitable and sustainable growth and business results.
We have privileged access to Aon's proprietary data and the knowledge of its global network of insurance industry experts to derive unique and compelling insights into the sources of advantage in the industry.
Most importantly, we support our clients with turning insights into practical actions and tangible returns.
Your Day-to-Day
- Handling and growing a portfolio of global and local re/insurance clients based in the Pacific region
- Developing deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite client executives and other critical team members
- Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions
- Manage delivery of agreed services in line with associated metrics and scorecards
- Building and developing existing client relationships as well as proactively developing new relationships and business development opportunities
- Quickly and efficiently using an extensive global network of Aon colleagues, standard methodologies, and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics and strategic solutions
- Leading, coaching, and supporting client delivery teams
- Building impactful teams, encouraging a culture of development, and learning to nurture talent
- Contributing to the growth of Aon Inpoint's brand development thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences, and presentations
