We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our Logistics, Distribution Centre and Health and Safety teams. This role will play a crucial part in providing administrative and analytical support to ensure seamless operations and health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
    • Manage distribution centre operations.
    • Allocate products within Bendon's operations.
    • Audit and process customer orders for accuracy.
  • Shipment Coordination:
    • Coordinate shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
    • Book and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
    • Audit and process invoices for shipments.
  • Supplier Relationships:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties.
    • Liaise with accounts team to process claim forms.
  • Store Support:
    • Support store networks with transportation needs.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Prepare reports for team leaders.
    • Manage store bag orders.
    • Assist with health and safety initiatives.
  • Training:
    • Maintain knowledge of logistics and administrative tasks.
    • Deliver training to team members as required.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Maintain a safe working environment.
    • Apply risk management approaches.
    • Support site risk assessments.
  • Team Engagement:
    • Develop trusting relationships within the team.
    • Encourage open debate and discussion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or supply chain role.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • ERP, WMS, and H&S system experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
