Our Team
We are a generalist team, providing crucial people-centric support to various international brands within The Wonderful Company, including NPDL and FIJI Water. Our employee population spans across twenty countries, centrally supported by our New Zealand-based HR team.
Job Description
We are now looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). Based in our Airport Oaks, Mangere office, you will provide administrative support across various aspects of HR, working closely with the HR team and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the HR team and other departments
- Managing day-to-day transactional tasks required to support the HR Generalist remit
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-performance culture.
