Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional administrative professional to lead our tenancy administration team. As a key member of our Community Housing team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to your team members, as well as liaising with management to communicate feedback and suggestions for improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

You will be responsible for leading the administration team, which provides back-office support to our housing operations team. This includes tenancy administration, invoicing, managing repairs and maintenance, record-keeping, and tracking payments from tenants.
