The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and organisation skills, as well as superior interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed and excel. Previous experience in customer service and/or reception is highly valued.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to staff, students, and visitors
  • Managing reception and front-of-house duties, including room bookings and access management
  • Maintaining equipment and facilities, coordinating with central teams and external vendors as needed
  • Supporting events and projects, and assisting the Institute Team Leader and Operations Manager with general administration
