Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, building and expanding use cases in each account to maximise Databricks impact.
The Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 or more years experience in selling complex software deals to New Zealand customers.
- Familiarity with the New Zealand market. The local organisations, their priorities, buying process, buying cycles, and decision-making processes.
- Background of selling usage-based SaaS solutions.
- Evidence of creating demand, business need and compelling reasons that provide large-scale account expansion.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and process, e.g. account planning, MEDDPICC, value selling and accurate forecasting.
- Experience in engaging with and selling to C-Level customers.
- Experience in hunting in a greenfield space and also appetite to farm deeper into existing accounts to expand further.
