Job Summary:

This hands-on hybrid role involves managing and growing our existing customer base by promoting core hygiene products and services. You'll build strong customer relationships to drive business growth while ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify additional revenue streams with existing customers and develop a plan to sell additional products/services to drive additional profitable sales
  • Develop and build customer relationships to enhance service/delivery and drive loyalty and growth
  • Timely customer follow-up and effective liaison with the Operations Team
  • Maintaining consumables and ensuring the cleanliness of facilities
  • Providing top-notch customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • A current, valid NZ driver's license
  • Experience in a field role, ideally with a background in servicing equipment or hygiene
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Total customer focus to manage, maintain and build our customer relationships
  • A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work independently
