Job Summary:
This hands-on hybrid role involves managing and growing our existing customer base by promoting core hygiene products and services. You'll build strong customer relationships to drive business growth while ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify additional revenue streams with existing customers and develop a plan to sell additional products/services to drive additional profitable sales
- Develop and build customer relationships to enhance service/delivery and drive loyalty and growth
- Timely customer follow-up and effective liaison with the Operations Team
- Maintaining consumables and ensuring the cleanliness of facilities
- Providing top-notch customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- A current, valid NZ driver's license
- Experience in a field role, ideally with a background in servicing equipment or hygiene
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Total customer focus to manage, maintain and build our customer relationships
- A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work independently
