About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Coding Specialist to join our team at Teema Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have extensive inpatient coding experience and a strong understanding of inpatient coding guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for inpatient admissions, including diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
  • Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze clinical documentation to ensure appropriate code assignment for inpatient encounters and optimize reimbursement.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of inpatient coding experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Experience with inpatient coding in a hospital or acute care setting.
  • Certification as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is required.
