Responsibilities
  1. Analyse and optimise workflows, layouts, and processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
  2. Work directly within our fabricator businesses, using your skills to implement layout changes that increase efficiency, improve safety, and reduce bottlenecks.
  3. Create and deliver engaging, practical training programs that help employees and customers adopt best practices and stay on top of new processes and technologies.
  4. Use performance data to identify areas for improvement, track progress, and deliver measurable results that align with the company's goals.
Requirements
  • Strong background in process engineering, with a proven ability to optimise workflows, layouts, and manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to think critically and creatively, with a passion for developing innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
