Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading service vehicles efficiently
  • Performing cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to client policies
  • Providing and maintaining hygiene products, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitizers, sanitary bins, and air fresheners
  • Addressing hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments
  • Completing service reports to document services performed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  • Staying aware of client needs and identifying opportunities to improve service standards

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand
  • A valid Full NZ driver's license with a clean driving record
  • A clean criminal record
  • Excellent customer service skills to build upon client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical fitness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • The ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently
  • A willingness to drive long distances and stay away from home if required
  • A high attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • Confidence using a mobile phone service app and devices
  • Experience or knowledge in cleaning and hygiene is an advantage
