A process engineer with a passion for improvement is required to drive efficiency and excellence in our fabrication operations. As a Process Optimisation Specialist, you will work directly with fabricators to assess workflows, redesign layouts, and streamline operations for maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement Master: Leverage your engineering expertise to analyse and optimise workflows, layouts, and processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
  • Fabricator Development: Work closely with fabricators to develop and implement layout changes that increase efficiency, improve safety, and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Training and Coaching: Create and deliver engaging training programs that help employees and customers adopt best practices and stay on top of new processes and technologies.
