About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to provide critical support services to our leadership and teams at the Pacific Area Office. This role involves working under general supervision and handling moderately complex issues and problems.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Director with day-to-day tasks, including communication, planning, and project coordination.
- Compiling data from various sources to prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
- Managing meeting documentation, including taking minutes and maintaining calendars.
- Preparing and submitting accurate school reports.
- Facilitating the proper ordering of S&I materials.
- Providing exceptional customer service through telephone and email requests.
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong administrative support working knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
