Job Description
The Administrative Support Professional will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Director of Church Schools and other stakeholders at the Pacific Area Office. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Managing meeting documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing and submitting accurate school reports.
- Facilitating the proper ordering of S&I materials.
- Providing excellent customer service through telephone and email requests.
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong administrative support working knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
