About the Job
  • The Director, Corporate Real Estate is responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our global data centers and office spaces.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.
Main ResponsibilitiesLeadership
  • Develops and implements a comprehensive corporate real estate strategy, aligning with business objectives and company values.
  • Leverages industry expertise to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of real estate operations.
Operations
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Drives procurement and vendor management initiatives to optimize resources and reduce costs.
  • Monitors market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
Project Management
  • Leads projects related to data center expansion, office renovations, and other real estate-related initiatives.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Team Management
  • Develops and leads high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Mentors and trains team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles.
  • Encourages open communication, active listening, and constructive feedback to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities or property management in large facilities.
