The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity operations, with experience in monitoring and maintaining cybersecurity posture, identifying risks, and recommending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cybersecurity operations to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and maintain cybersecurity posture, ensuring that cybersecurity controls are implemented and maintained, and identifying risks and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Min 8 years in cybersecurity operations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, and MCSE will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing vendors and stakeholders, ensuring effective IT service delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical solutions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record to adapt and evolve with change.
