About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our Wellington and Auckland offices. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage office bookings, reception cover, and remote administration of our Auckland office.
  • Oversee the management and ordering of office consumables, stationery, and kitchen supplies.
  • Record expenses, maintain accurate records, and ensure cost savings opportunities.
  • Support couriers, maintain strong communication links across the admin team, and assist HR with Health & Safety processes.
  • Provide cover for holidays within the admin team and ensure all office equipment is in good working order.
  • Contribute to events support, company culture streams, and other projects as required.

Requirements

  • Proactive and motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and perfectionist with a keen eye for service standards.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks, and work extra hours when needed.
  • Strong relationship-building skills for staff, customers, and service providers.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
