Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Fire and Emergency New Zealand. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Injury Management Team, including managing claims, processing invoices, and providing customer service.
This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with a salary range of $59,674 - $66,304 (pro rata). The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims and process invoices
- Provide customer service and administrative support
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good computer literacy, within MS suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
