Operations Administrator Position

We are seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to join our team.

This role involves managing daily operations, collaborating with vendors, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily Task Coordination: Oversees and coordinates daily tasks to guarantee efficient business functions.
  2. Vendor Partnerships: Collaborates with customers, suppliers, vendors, and agencies to establish and maintain service agreements.
  3. Work Prioritization and Planning: Independently plans, prioritizes, and organizes workload to meet deadlines and departmental objectives while adhering to established operational procedures.
  4. Data Management and Record-Keeping: Processes and manages data and documentation, maintaining accurate and organized records.
  5. Issue Resolution and Escalation: Resolves operational issues independently or escalates complex situations to appropriate personnel.
  6. Additional Assignments: Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Education: Secondary education or equivalent.
  2. Experience:
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience is required.
  • For Associate level, prior experience is not required.
  • For Senior level, at least four (4) years of relevant work experience is required.
