Responsibilities

- Preparing reports, files, and briefings, including PowerPoint presentations
- Proofreading, formatting, and creating legal documents with precision
- Organising credit card payments, processing reimbursements, and checking invoices
- Tracking requests, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless workflow
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience in a Personal or Team Assistant role
- Strong administrative skills, including diary and calendar management
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
