About the Job: As an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services, you will schedule and coordinate trade personnel to ensure specified systems are maintained according to compliance schedules. Your responsibilities will include developing workload plans, forecasting call requirements, and managing inbound phone calls and queries with high-level customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate trade personnel to maintain specified systems according to compliance schedules. Develop workload plans and forecast call requirements. Utilize Pronto Xi system to raise purchase orders and produce invoices. Provide administrative and clerical support to Managers and business units. Liaise with certified IQPs to sign off compliance documentation before expiry.
