Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team and contribute to our mission of promoting a zero-harm culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, informing, and engaging people leaders so their teams remain healthy and go home safe every day. They will champion a health and safe workplace through a planned approach to health and safety, with robust and effective systems for incident reporting, investigation, and emergencies.

Key Performance Indicators
• Effectively identify and manage H&S risks
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards, procedures, and systems
• Achieve high-quality investigations and effective control measures
• Drive employee engagement and participation

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a high-risk environment, a formal qualification in occupational health and safety, and sound knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. They will also possess strong relationship building, influencing, and problem resolution skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks through good time management and organization skills.
