Administrative Support Professional
Tewhatu Ora is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the occupational health and wellbeing team, ensuring seamless coordination of case management for employees following an injury or illness.

About the Team
You will work closely with the OH&W team to develop and implement programmes aimed at supporting employees to stay at work or return to work. Your responsibilities will include coordinating case management, communicating with employees and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Requirements
  1. 5 years of experience in administration or coordination roles
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Experience with electronic file management systems
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Excellent time management and self-management abilities
