Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Coordinator to join our team at Papakura. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs for our Supply Chain and Operations staff. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all employees receive thorough training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Critical Control Points, and Quality Control Points.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training plans tailored to meet the needs of our operations staff.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to create, update, and maintain SOPs, ensuring seamless implementation across the site.
  • Liaise with the wider team to ensure all employees are trained on relevant procedures, including induction and onboarding processes.
  • Evaluate employee knowledge and provide recommendations for additional training materials as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a training or related field, preferably in food manufacturing. Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, coaching, and business partnering skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to suit various personalities. Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability are also crucial in this position.
