Job Overview

As a Human-Centric Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. You will work closely with our National Training Manager to develop and deliver training content that meets the needs of our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning programs that meet the needs of our team members
  • Implement and evaluate learning programs to ensure they achieve their intended outcomes
  • Collaborate with our National Training Manager to develop and deliver training content

Requirements

  • Significant experience designing and implementing learning programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Education or similar
  • Experience with tools like Articulate, Easy Generator, Talent LMS, Canva, MS Apps, and AI
