Safety 'n Action Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Operations Coordinator.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our training centres. This will involve coordinating resources, managing maintenance, tracking training equipment, and overseeing uniforms and paperwork.

About You

We are looking for a master of organisation with 2+ years' experience in a high-demand admin role. Alternatively, you may have a background in customer service with 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced environment.

A strong communicator who can work effectively at all levels of the business, you will also possess solid MS Office skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources and manage maintenance to ensure efficient centre operations
  • Track and maintain training equipment and materials
  • Oversee uniform distribution and paperwork management
  • Collaborate with trainers, customer service teams, suppliers, and contractors to deliver seamless training experiences
