About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Restaurant Association of New Zealand's 'Hospo Start' team as a Facilitator/Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our hospitality training programme and helping individuals gain the skills they need to succeed in the industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programmes to support the development of hospitality skills and knowledge
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to explore work experience opportunities and place trainees in employment
  • Build relationships with potential employers to promote our programme and increase opportunities for trainees

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality training
  • A strong passion for the hospitality industry and its future
  • Assessors Qualification unit standard 4098 or certificate in Adult education level 5
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and confidence in admin tasks
