Responsibilities

The Training and Incentive Coordinator I Product Trainer will be responsible for delivering product training to sales staff and promoters of OPPO products, designing and delivering training in various topics, including customer service, sales, product, and point of sale training. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and executing training plans, maintaining the e-learning portal, and training a small Field Sales Team (Territory Managers) and store staff on product knowledge to expert level.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Deliver training to sales staff & promoters of OPPO products
  • Design and deliver training in a variety of topics, including customer service, sales, product, and point of sale training
  • Building and execution of training plans in preparation for flagship launches
  • Maintaining the e-learning portal
  • Train a small Field Sales Team (Territory Managers) and store staff on product knowledge to expert level
  • Set up short term and long term training schedule
  • Ensure that learning is delivered in an engaging and consistent manner
  • Delivering induction training, working with team members to identify and address competency gaps
  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and forums and train attendees on product features
  • Set up and execution of a full Product training program for all involved parties, across all channels
  • Build a consistent brand experience in stores through formulating and executing training plans
  • Build and maintain effective professional working relationships in store to maximize training opportunities
  • Devise innovative ways to build knowledge and demonstrate ROI
