About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team at the Takapuna site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care and protection Family Group Conferences within the spirit of Pūao-te-Ata-tū and its operational intent, specifically the Children, Young Persons and Their Families Act 1989.

Key responsibilities include understanding, applying, and embracing the principles of the Act, championing alignment with Oranga Tamariki's Indigenous and Bicultural Framework, and leading FGC practice with the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong client-focused skills, planning and organisational abilities, information gathering experience, cultural awareness, and relationship management skills.
