You will be based at the company's new head office which was built in 2020. Here, you'll enjoy the perks of collaborating with a dynamic and fun team, working in modern offices, and having access to a fully equipped gym, lap pool, meditation and massage room, staff break-out area, games room with pool table, large open decks, private zen garden, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen.This position is a shared role with our current receptionist which requires collegiality and as the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a vital role ensuring everyone receives a first-class experience. You will be entrusted with maintaining confidentiality, exercising discretion, and representing Mansons TCLM in a professional manner.A competitive salary will be offered according to the level of experience of the successful candidate, with additional annual bonus and other benefits including Kiwisaver employer contribution, flexible hours policy, on-site carpark, and use of on-site gym and our other facilities.Making coffees and beverages to serve guests and staff (La Marzocco)General administrative tasks supporting the administration teamMeeting and greeting visitors and escorting clients to meeting rooms as requiredMaintaining an immaculate front office area, including answering phone calls promptly and managing courier deliveries efficientlyLiaising with clients and hosts, providing exceptional customer serviceAbout youWe are seeking a individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer service with the ability to have fun with us along the way.
