As the Front of House Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery of our client's premises. This dynamic role requires strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy:Greeting and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitorsManaging access badges and maintaining security protocolsHandling incoming calls and managing mail and couriersCoordinating meeting room requirements and assisting with event planningAssisting with general administrative tasks and supporting the team as neededMaintaining documentation and performing daily inspections of premisesBuilding and developing effective client and stakeholder relationshipsAssisting with stock take and replenishmentManaging IT assets and coordinating hardware distributionAdhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environmentNga pumanawatanga ou | What you will bringThis is a perfect role for someone coming from hospitality, retail, or any other customer service/administration based role who is wanting to take their first or next step in the corporate worldThe successful candidate will be proactive, able to balance multiple priorities, and possess a can-do attitude.
