Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Alpha Consultants & NZProvide team at Marsh New Zealand.
This role will be based in Auckland office.
This is a 12-month contract on a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This role will be for a motivated candidate to interact with a variety of businesses within NZProvide.
In this role you will develop and manage long-term relationships with clients and providers at all levels within their organisation and to manage the service delivery agreement.
You will contribute to the success of NZProvide through the delivery of quality interactions through exceptional service and pro-active assistance to our clients, providers and other team members.We will count on you to:Schedule bookings for preemployment medicals, vaccinations and annual health monitoring.Record all interactions with candidates to ensure a smooth workflow.Co-ordinate with providers and candidates to ensure Annual Health Monitoring is organised and runs smoothly, ensuring that Account Managers are kept up to date.Actively seek and act on customer feedback following their interaction with the NZProvide team and escalate accordingly.Monitor and ensure timely and effective resolution of complaints and issues and assess root cause so that improvements can be identified.
