**About the role**:
This is a 30 hour per week position, based in the National Support Centre in Penrose, Auckland. As the Finance Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Manager and wider team in delivering in key accounting responsibilities, including:

- Processing accounts for multiple Baptist entities, including:

- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payments processing
- Management of all Baptist Insurance invoicing, and payments reconciling
- Management of credit card expenditure and coding
- Ensuring inter-entity on-charges are accurate, processed and reconciled in a timely fashion
- Reconciliation of donations from our CRM (Dynamics 365) to Xero, and ensuring they are allocated to the right Baptist entity
- Receipting of donations received
- Work collaboratively with the National Support Centre staff.

**About you**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience processing accounts payable, accounts receivable functions, and bank reconciliations
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and problem solve, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, experienced with Xero preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
