We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on **Accounts Receivable Coordinator** to join our team in a permanent, part time role for 25-30 hours a week. Our team is focused on providing Finance excellence to the business and its customers. It is a critical part of supporting the delivery of financial services across Flintfox. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a local company that has a global presence and dealing with multicurrency transactions.

**About the Role**
- Overall management of the accounts receivable end to end process
- Liaising with internal departments to generate invoices
- Management and ownership of Microsoft reporting processes
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Reconciling payments to customer accounts in Xero
- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- Processing credit memos and refunds
- Raising and sending invoices to customers
- Posting payments to customer accounts
- Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
- Weekly debtors reporting and status updates on overdue debtors

We are looking for a confident and driven individual who is comfortable operating with varied time zones and colleagues across the business.

You will have good commercial acumen, an eye for detail, a high level of accuracy, and a strong focus on delivering outcomes. Importantly, you have the knowledge and influencing skills to build credibility with stakeholders quickly and are a team player with a can-do attitude.
